I replaced two A/C systems and paid Falite more than $10,000. A roofing contractor punctured a line, and my regular service was unable to promptly repair it. A call to Falite to see whether they would come to my assistance (for a fee) was met with rudeness. I'll not use them again.

I have a service contract with this company, and they are unfailingly polite, thorough, on time, and clean.
