Chris Cooper was EXCELLENT! I contacted four installation companies when I needed new entry doors. One never contacted me. One showed two different times but was so over-priced as to defy logic (three times higher than my best price) - then continued to lie about all kinds of issues while never lowering their price. Home Depot missed their in-store appointment and then completely turned me off - glad I never bought from them. Chris Cooper was up front with me, and seemed honest. He even talked me out of some expensive options because they added nothing to the security of my premises. The price was the best I got. Communication was a little bit sporadic, but they got the job done!
