Repeated horrible experiences with Metropolitan Rolling Door at my workplace. Employees seem unmotivated and uncaring, basic replacement parts sometimes take months to arrive and get installed.

My Metropolitan-installed doors are decades old. I recently had Metropolitan folks out for new openers, and they provided openers at an extremely reasonable price and were really kind and helpful. The doors have very rarely needed service, but I always use Metropolitan
