Via did warranty work on our KitchenAid dishwasher. The service rep was on time, neat, organized, thorough, quick and polite. Scheduling was amazingly automated and the entire experience was superb!

While my Ikea Whirlpool Frighted was still under warranty Sep 2018 the repairman fixed the damper that was stuck that turned the Frig side into a Freezer. The fix worked for 4 month then same problem happened. This time the Repairman replaced the unit while still under warranty. That worked fine until July 2020 when same problem happened. The repairman did not check why the same problem happened again and provided a bill for $508 since it was now out of warranty - part is backordered and remains so after 5 months. On last call Via I told me to call Whirlpool to see if they can expedite part. In the meantime our Frig continues functioning as a Freezer.

One service technician diagnosed the problem with my still-under-warranty refrigerator. The second technician who came to fix the problem said nothing was wrong. I insisted he replace the part that the first technician said was damaged. He did, although saying it was not necessary. He was wrong. The problem was corrected with the new part.
