I spoke with Eric about fixing my toilet, he said he'd come a week later, we texted each other, and then the day of when he was supposed to come he said he didn't know who I was and didn't have me in the schedule, and blamed me. Avoid him.

prompt response. But Hit or Miss?. Problems reappear a couple times for water heater fix. kitchen faucet leak not properly fixed. price may be ok

Eric is a one-man shop, and a fine one. He assesses jobs carefully, explains the options and their benefits, endures our questions, then gets the work done on schedule and for the fee he proposed. We couldn't ask for a better guy to do this work.

Eric is one of the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. he is a one-man shop so you may have to wait to get him but it is worth the wait. He just fixed a leak in the wall of our bathroom that 2 other rated plumbers wouldn't do because it is an old house with tile on cement. And, he did it at an extremely reasonable price. He is the best....wish I could clone him to do roofs, electricity, etc. He is my go to plumber. Third time we used him.

We found Eric Noah in the WCC ratings to help our neighbor with a complicated water leak. She was fully satisfied with his work and prices. It is refreshing to call the plumber and have the plumber answer the phone. We have since contacted him to come and fix two of our own problems: a leaking outdoor faucet and a bathtub leak that required several hours to repair. His prices are fair; he is calm and diligent. He has many years of experience so he works efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. We will definitely call on him for our next plumbing repair.

Called about one non-emergency leaky shut-off valve. Mr Noah arrived within two days and replaced that one and another for only $328. Incredible value. Recommend very highly.

On March 31, I called 6 plumbers with high ratings by Checkbook for a gas water heater replacement; one was too booked to take the job, 1 said he doesn't provide that kind of service, 2 didn't even call back, and 2 gave me a quote over the phone. Both wouldn't be able to come until a week later. I decided to go with Eric Noah and booked an appointment for Monday April 7. Eric messaged me on the Thursday before that he would be by around 10am. On the day of the appointment, he again messaged me around 9:40am that he will be here by 10:05am and he arrived pretty much on time. Eric was courteous, friendly, neat, and cleaned up well; mostly importantly, he did a good job in a somewhat tight space. I will definately call him again for future plumbing needs.

Very poor customer service. Eric Noah was to meet me between 9-10:00 AM. He called me at 10:15 AM stating that he could not find a parking spot and so was not going to keep the appointment. I mentioned that I have a parking spot in front of the building which he could have, but he stated that he is now too far away to return. Very poor communication and a disappointing experience.

Eric Noah is a one man operation but was willing to tackle a substantial job Installing copper hot and cold water supplies to a third floor bathroom. He was willing to route the pipes in ways that were more difficult for him, but resulted in a finished product that is indistinguishable from the original. Also, his bid for installing copper pipes was several hundred dollars less than other bids we got for using less expensive PEX. Overall, we are totally satisfied with the result and recommend him without reservation

Eric D. Noah replaced tub trim, a shower faucet, and a sink faucet for me. He also spent quite a long time trying to repair the original and very old shower faucet with no luck at no charge. I really appreciated his persistence in trying to solve the problem before it broke on its own and had to be replaced. He gives good advice, is responsive, reliable, thorough, does high quality work, and offers excellent value for the price.

Mr. Noah answered his phone when i called and set up an appointment right then. He came on time and carefully reviewed the 4 tasks I wanted done. He then stepped out for a few minutes to prepare an estimate. It seemed reasonable to me and he went to work. Repairing the leak in the bathtub/shower required him to cut through drywall, which he did neatly and afterward left not a particle of dust. Inside, he found a defective diverter. He had to buy that part, so he came back the next morning to finish the job. Now the tub/shower leaks NOT A DROP. Mr. Noah was polite, thorough, and competent.

Eric D. Noah is the best plumber I've ever used in the greater DC area. He's an excellent plumber and his pricing is the best I found in the area for the replacement of a hot water heater. I have used Eric Noah since 2017 for all plumbing and heating needs in my 90 year old Northwest DC home. He has replaced toilets, a hot water heater valve, my washer's water supply valves and lines, my kitchen drain piping (w/ basement floor excavation), a laundry tub, a kitchen faucet, and has cleaned out my furnace. He is responsive, responsible, knowledgeable, punctual, competitively priced, cleans up after himself and stands by his work.

I can't praise Eric D. Noah Plumbing enough! Eric is the consummate gentleman/plumber, readily available for all manner of jobs, which he performs efficiently, thoroughly, and with great skill, at very affordable prices. Most recently, he has unclogged outside French drains, slowed by years of dirt and yard debris, and inside kitchen drains, stopped up by years of grease and vegetable scraps.

I think that Eric D. Noah is "flying under false colors" as he didn't resemble the photo on the website. He was awful. He installed a replacement tub/shower set of handles that never shut off. He then scheduled another date to repair what he had done, as well as some additional work that he has originally done improperly. I sent him an e-mail saying "if you can't complete the job, reschedule it when you can." No response, and he came over the scheduled day. After fooling with the handle set, he then said A) that he can't fix it and b) that he would reschedule the service call. Totally incompetent.
