Unfortunately we had a terrible experience -- poor was replaced about 7 years ago after a major storm, and they must have used inexperienced workers given the high demand. Less than a year later another contractor asked why some of our ducts on the roof were upside down. Brax came out and claimed to repair. Then about two years ago it was literally raining in our front room -- I had another roofing company come out first to document the cause, which was shoddy work on flashing. To their credit Brax came out and allegedly fixed it, but after asking us to get them estimates for internal repairs. they completely ghosted us on covering internal repairs (painting and floor repair). Lawyers tell us they see this often -- contractors knowing it will cost disgruntled customers more to sue than it is worth.

We selected BRAX roofing to replace our 26 year old roof and gutter/gutter guard system after considering proposals from various roofing companies. The sales representative assessed our project and delivered a project proposal in a timely manner with favorable pricing. The project manager worked with us to align the project schedule with our schedule. The roofing team did a thorough and professional installation over two business days and provided us with a full suite of photos from the project. The gutter team followed with a replacement of our gutters and guards that was an upgrade from our original system. The new roof looks wonderful. We were highly satisfied with the overall performance of BRAX and recommend BRAX to anyone requiring roofing services.

Very customer-oriented outfit, with reasonable pricing. They were able to work on slate and worked with me to select colors to match my slate roof.
