This is a Chinese owned company with Chinese staff who speak broken English. If you can get beyond that and if you can be very polite, you will get good service and good products. The service was excellent. The cabinets were a true bargain for solid wood (not the backs), and I bought granite (many choices) at much less than Home Depot or Lowes. This experience requires patience. I have used this place 4 times for different houses and have always been very pleased. I plan to use them again soon. Prices are higher because of tariffs but not much higher.

We love our kitchen, but made the mistake of not having Panda do the electric work. So they blithely destroyed a feeder cable in the wall when they did the installation. Redoing the electricity in the kitchen cost another few thousand dollars. So if you live in an older house, go for Panda for the electrical work.
