I came to Ferguson Showroom to see how my kitchen faucet was assembled under the granite. I had a leak and the home warranty company sent me a terrible technician. The receptionist, Priscilla, was very courteous, caring and gave me some info that was extremely valuable. The faucet I was having trouble with was a Kohler fixture and she told me Kohler gives a LIFETIME WARRANTY. She gave me their number for customers service and told me to tell them my faucet was leaking. She saved me so much money! I did what she said and lo and behold I got a new faucet sent to me. Kohler was also top notch. They sent me a new faucet and it arrived in about 2-3 days. They have a great online method of identifying the model number and part you need if you do not have your receipt. Thanks Ferguson and Kohler.
