We've been using Mayflower for a couple years, and we've finally just had it. They break things - like a sliding glass shower door - and don't clean up the mess (seriously: they left broken glass everywhere). They leave our house unlocked. They don't put things back where they found them. Every time we come home on a cleaning day, we're dreading what we'll find. Yes, the house is clean, but there's always something(s) off. We'll not use them ever again.

I used Mayflower Maids for three months. At first they were fine, then not so fine. I contracted for a team of three for two hours bi-weekly. The time they spent at our house declined weekly - the last three services were only 1 hour and fifteen minutes. The quality of the cleaning reflected the rushed service.
While the cleaning team were polite and seemed eager to please, communication was problematic - even the team leader had very limited English understanding. Requests that I made one week, were forgotten by the next week.
During the last visit, there was some breakage. The owner was very uncooperative in replacing the broken object, insisting that we search for a replacement ourselves and defending his staff as having worked hard and trying their best. He refused to accept that trying to do a two hour cleaning in about half the time was the root of the problem.
Other services that charge about the same amount are more diligent in supervising their staff and exercising quality control.
