Not Recommended
Overpriced arch support which is not tailored to the individual foot. The staff is barely trained in the mechanics of the foot but is eager to sell. The written warranty is different than the promises the sales person gives. There is a good reason why the company has been the subject of a class action suit.

This store is not a podiatrist, but it sells semi-custom arch supports. Having been to podiatrists previously, buying a superior arch support from this store makes a lot more sense. I purchased their system of 3 different supports, which I find works far better to relieve foot pain than the typical single support. The different supports are shaped differently to target specific areas of your foot; alternating use seems to have strengthened my feet so the positive effect remains when not wearing shoes.
