ACC replaced my roof several years ago, and every year I find new problems. When they did the work, which was $25M for under 1500 SQ FT of roof--no turrets or anything but an A-frame roof, plus new gutters/downspouts, soffit, and fascia on the 800 SQ FT main roof only. THey actually installed new soffit over the old, wet, rotted soffit that had rotted because it was not vented and had insulation over it -- puttingnew vented soffit over old unvented, insulated and rotted soffit just makes things worse. Fortunately I noticed that at the time, but it was a huge fight getting them to fix it -- had to call soffit mfr who backed me up. Same thing with installing 70 SQ FT of flat roofing -- it was installed wrong and had to be ripped up and reinstalled. On any given week, they worked an average of 10 hours, and just didn't show up the rest of the time -- the job took over a month because of their no-shows. Had no foreman on sight except first day and during fights over the flat roof and soffit work. Used day laborers, not company workers for the majority of the work. Would not use them again to re-roof a doghouse. Just had some of the fascia and gutter work replaced this year.

From start to finish I was pleased with the quality of treatment and work. I filed a claim with my insurance company to replace my roof after the storm in March 2018 and they worked with me every step of the way. It took a while for my supplements with the insurance company to get approved but as soon as it came through they were there doing the work. I received update calls and courtesy calls. Very clear descriptions of what needed to be done, what would be done and what was done. They even put in a little extra effort on my bay window roof with a nice little design in the shingles for me. Super pleased, super happy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement. I did recommend them to my father-in law and he used them as well. He seemed quite satisfied as far as I can tell :)

I waited six weeks for the sales people to call me back to finish the project. They finally did as they weren't getting paid before the shutters were up.
