As a result of high winds a single shingle flew off onto the ground. Brent, the owner, came and made an inspection. The price quote was $499. A job date was set and nobody showed up. Then, another date and time frame was established and still a no show or phone call to me. Finally, I was told that they had a number of jobs set for the next week and could not take care of me right now. WOW, talk about getting jacked around!! Note that Brent when he went up to inspect the roof he could have taken a new shingle from me and installed it himself (I happened to have a few shingles that were left over from the original job). NO, I don't recommend these guys.

Very prompt and meeting with me to offer options and contract to have shingles replaced on the roof. I had a roof leak from a tree branch. The sales person inspected the roof and patched at no charge a few possible areas for the leak until I could get the roof replaced. The contract was provided quickly and I afterI signed they were wble to shcedule me two days later before the next storm. The work was completed in a day. Very professional crew.

Mr. Brunt Oursler responded to my call for a minor flashing leak. He arrived promptly. When I apologized for getting him out on such a minor matter , he was most gracious. He made the repair, found some squirrel damage and other problems which he fixed. His charge was lower than I thought it should be and told him so. Kelly Roofing is now my roofer for all and any work I may need in the future. This is the highest rating I have ever given a contractor in decades
