Dr. Marshall is now doing concierge medicine - which is why she can give the superb care she does. I've been going to her office for more than 20 years and, while the service from the PAs and NPs was good, it wasn't quite like seeing Dr. Marshall. In the first few years the practice was small enough that I could see Dr. Marshall, but then the realities of modern medical care kicked in Her practice provides a lot of other cosmetic and well being services, which don't interest me.

Heavy staff turnover. Just when you get comfortable with a practitioner, they depart.
