I called on a weekend and left a voicemail; got a return call first thing Monday from Tim. He offered to 'walk me through' and perhaps solve the issue involving the GFRI outlet where my security system plugs in; it often loses power and displays message that says "AC loss." I usually fiddle around and get it going again, but this time I could not. I took some pictures of the 4 GFRI outlets in my house and sent them before I called back. Tim was very patient and taught me how to read and use the tiny buttons on the outlet plate: "reset" and "test." All 4 of my GFRIs are different, some have feedback via red or green light, and some don't. It was difficult to hold in the button on the malfunctioning one, but really it was user error on my part. So, he saved me the charge for a service call! As I was profusely thanking him for his help, I asked if there was anything I could do to thank him and he suggested writing a review online....so this is it! I have used this company for decades and whoever responds is always kind and easy to deal with. They are honest and reliable!

Good communication. Timely arrival. Oscar couldn't have been more pleasant or competent. Arrived with correct parts. Reasonable pricing. Love the billing system!

Have used Tomato for various projects, including a heavy-up. They resolved numerous deficient wiring issues in the house as well. Their electricians are knowledgeable and have provided excellent service.
