We have used them 3x now in less than 6 months. Staff who came were always courteous, letting us know what was needed, what cost would be and answering our numerous questions. They put down heavy duty drop cloths to protect things and put covers over their boots. The first time they came was to check about potential leak in a copper pipe located in the ceiling of a basement room. They did much testing but did not find anything. They also showed us how to access and shutoff an outside faucet who's pipe was in the ceiling they were checking. They temporarily screwed the cutout of the drywall from the ceiling back up. The second time they snaked a drain. Most recently they replaced a 20 yr old gas water heater. For the water heater replacement, they explained what additional things would need to done because of changes in the building code. When we asked about tankless options as well, he gave us the name of a company to have come and see about it as they do not do tankless. That company does not do electrical tankless because they don't feel the technology is quite there yet. Because of the price of the tankless gas was more than double that of a regular and we would still be using gas we decided to go with a regular tank. Guerrero's estimate for that was a little lower and because of our prior good experiences with them we had them replace the tank. Note: They have a program where you can pay a one time annual"membership" and they do not charge travel fee and they give discount on work done. Because we often go several years between needing a plumber we did not join during the first visit, but the technician still gave us the benefits. We did join when they came for the second visit.

The plumber who did an annual survey of our house showed us puddles for leaks we had overlooked because of their locations. He fixed the one he could promptly, and suggested we call our furnace contractor for the other one.

This company is well rated by my neighbors because one of the workers lived in the neighborhood and had the truck you could see the name. I have employed them 3 times, because against my better judgement, I saw that they had so many fans. But they are horrible!!! 1) tub faucet, make it so the temperature of the faucet reflects where the dial is. Worker screwed up and had to send in the owner to correct. 2) toilet backup - cost $800 to clean out the pipe under the toilet 3) ONE month later, same toilet backed up (I rehired them, thinking since it was so soon after, we would get a discount, no discount) This time they cleaned the toilet pipe again and we paid and additional $400 to put a cameral in the pipe AFTER cleaning. Although the piped was no longer clogged, the video showed that there was plenty of poop attached to the walla of the pipes, after they cleaned them. Talked with another plumber about what we ended up with. Other plumber said that it sounded like a "piss poor" job. And it was. I should have stopped hiring them after the first screwup. DO NOT RECOMMEND
