Not Recommended
They were referred to me by ServPro, the company that did the mitigation, but couldn't get to me in a timely fashion for the reconstruction. They use them when they are backed up. They were quick to respond, their price was right in line with the insurance company quote, and they had a number of quality recommendations on line. The problem with doing business with them is you don't know which of their subcontractors you'll will get. Mine was fine but not great, was messy (didn't clean up at the end of each day), missed some things that we had to point out and then they fixed them, and didn't always show up (missed 3 of the 9 days they worked on the project). I had a nice conversation with Pillar about this and they were right on top of it to fix the issues. However, at then end of the project I found out the subcontractor was working other Pillar jobs on the days they were at my house, and Pillar didn't tell me this. The finished product passed our inspection but wasn't what I would describe as great work, which is why I rated them adequate.
