Our furnace went out on December 26, 2022, and the cost to repair was over a $1000 and the existing furnace was installed in 2007 so I decided to get a new one. I called five or six local companies looking at cost and availability to do the work. Based on the cost and the fact that they could install a new furnace on December 28, I selected Precision. New furnace is working fine so far.

My air conditioner was installed in 1984 and lasted until last year. Precision has repaired it twice over the years at minimal expense. Finally, last year we had it replaced because they could no longer source parts, which is reasonable. They have serviced my furnace and humidity equipment for years and have always been exceptional.
