We and our son have used HCS for 6 years for our seasonal furnace and A/C checks. They also replaced my son's A/C compressor at a very good price. They are true technicians, not salesmen. They are our go-to guys for any HVAC issue.

We needed a new humidifier. After checking out companies in Checkbook.org, I chose a few that had good ratings. When I called Home Comfort Systems, I was quickly transferred to Steve who seemed very knowledgeable and helped me determine what model of humidifier we needed. He gave me a price which included installation. After calling other places to check prices I realized that his price was good.so I called back. The work got scheduled for the next morning. A local company, which apparently stocks the humidifiers, delivered the humidifier first thing in the morning. When I picked up the box, I noticed that one of the bottom flaps of the box were hanging open. This concerned me so I called Home Comfort Systems and was quickly transferred to Steve. I told him what I saw and expressed my concern about the unit. He told me he would take care of it. Less than an hour later the techs arrive with another boxed unit, properly sealed. It took then about an hour maybe to install it, clean up, and leave. They took the original one with them.
