I had a toilet in the basement that wasn't flushing properly. They informed me that the toilet had built up chemicals & was a very old toilet & I would be best off to get a new one. From the experience I had with the toilet and knowledge of what all I had done to repair it I knew I was not being taken advantage of. The plumber gave me a written quote and about a month later they fulfilled the quote which I felt to be VERY reasonable. It should be noted that it didn't take a month for them to "get around" to servicing me. I had to save up the money. When I called to make the appointment they stuck to the quote and got me in within a few days.
