We originally contacted Warner Stellian for repair but they switched us over to Twin Cities Appliance Repair telling us we'd get much faster service since our 14 year old clothes dryer was long past warranty. Electric dryer was squealing pretty bad and we figured it was a belt or roller. Twin Cities Appliance called the next day and told us we'd be getting a call the following work day to set up an appointment for the day after that. That all went as promised. We got a link so we could follow the repairman's progress on each of his stops prior to ours so we had a very good idea when he would arrive. The technician, Mike T, arrived and got right down to work. The belt was good but the tension pulley was bad so that got replaced along with both drum rollers. $97 for the service call, another $100 for the labor and $20 for parts. He was in and out in about an hour and the dryer runs like new again. We don't know if that price is high, low or standard but we thought the responsiveness and efficiency these folks provided were worth it. We'd certainly would contact them again if we needed something else fixed.

Did a great job on a Whirlpool refrigerator warranty call.

Warranty repair on a new refrigerator. Service costs did not apply, therefore no ratings for that portion of the service.
