Very hard to get a hold of - dismissive of suggestions. Phone calls go immediately to voice mail, calls not returned. Emails not responded to in a timely manner, no response or late response. Very hard to find information about when my homeowners association even meets - usually don't get unless I emal and then the notice comes a couple of hours before the meeting.

Very experienced in Home Owner Association management. They don't always get it exactly right the first time, but are very attentive and work hard to get it right! Always available and responsive to needs.
