I told them the kind of performance I was looking for in new carpeting. They gave me a strong recommendations and I chose from the colors. When the carpet picked up dirt and spots, and pet stains couldn't be removed, I was told that I had chosen the carpet, and that some people just need to have the carpet cleaned every 6 months. After months of haggling I got in a professional that was able to clean the carpet. They did not stand behind their recommendation for a high performance carpet and it has cost us a lot of money and time. Never again.

I spent quite a long time deciding on a company to put in a luxury vinyl floor. Working with Alex at the New Hope store was fantastic. Some other stores we dealt with horrible. Check out our problem with Hom Furniture.It's the opposite of the great experience of Hamernicks.
