GE charged me $175 for a thirty second evaluation to tell me they didn't have access to the parts needed to fix my washing machine and...to tell me that I needed to buy a new one! They could have just told me that when I scheduled the appointment.

The installer installed it wrong and did not vent it properly so we had to get someone else from GE to fix it.
