Mr. Leyden got up on a ladder to examine the brick at the second floor level and make a recommendation. He came promptly to do the repair, removed the downspout to be sure to get at the area needing attention, and also repaired a seam at the foundation and patio - for a reasonable price.

The mason, John Leyden, does a good job and his crew is very respectful. He lets you pick among various options to fix the job. He does not push you into the highest cost option.
