My handyman is injured so I tried this highly rated company. Their receptionist answered immediately, listened to job description, and asked questions. She was very professional. Their price quote falls between 3-5 hours of work on your rate chart. I said that this was a 1 hour job. She said they price by job, not hourly, and compared to similar jobs this was the price. We agreed that I'd try elsewhere. Three days later the job was competed . It took 35 minutes to complete.
