Convenient and quick service

This is a little ma and pop local store, which I like to support if the opportunity is possible. They great you as soon as you walk in (if they are not with another customer or on the phone), they walk you over to the area where the product is located and they ask what/why you need the product and give you a few suggestions/recommendations. The last item I purchased was a doorknob but when I got home and opened it up, there was like this cover over the base and underneath it where the screws go, was able to be twisted and the holes for the screws after you turned it, where bigger than the actual round top of the screw, so you could actually just pull the know off from the door and just push the door open. I never seen or heard of anything like that, but before I angrily took it back, I asked random people on Halloween night and most people said yeah, that's how some door knows come and some people had no clue like me. So I never ended up returning the item because I figured it was my fault for not knowing such an item existed. But if they knew such a thing existed, I would highly recommend that is the number 1 thing you should inform your customer to make sure they are aware of it.
