Competitive prices with knowledgable staff; wonderful free Apple computer seminars make this "a place to go."

It's always been busy, and therefore slow, and the quality of service varies greatly, but when we've had great service, it's really been excellent.

I attempted to purchase a computer here and it was absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. The staff out and out lied to me; sold me a lemon that didn't work; and then tried to charge me a restock fee when I returned the item. They also never responded to an online survey wherein I requested the store manager contact me. The bottom line though, was that they sold me inferior merchandise. After I returned it, the clerk let slip that "oh, this was a "refurbished" item - however, the Best Buy sold it to me as "new." In the end, I was able to get a full refund, but to sell me a refurbished item as new and then not stand behind it?
