Rick's Carpet and Flooring

I had a terrible experience with Rick's Carpet and Flooring. I had a flood in my house and hired Rick's to refloor about 90% of my home. Rather than replace the wet and ruined subflooring, they refloored over the wet sub-flooring which caused my brand new hardwood flooring to buckle within days of installation. Rick's would not back up their sub-standard work and I ended up having to have a professional flooring expert evaluate the flooring as well as get a consumer organization involved in resolution of my complaint.
