I am one of the people who gave them incredibly positive reviews based on my initial experience. Then I had enough issues I realized I needed to at least share this so people have the full story. Our low pitch roof leaked multiple times over the years after they did our roof. While I was impressed they honored the warranty and promptly fixed for free and then once warranty was over, charged us what seemed like a reasonable price, considering the leak kept coming back in the same place I started to wonder. I believe the owner retired and they person they recommended did some work for us on the chimney and that seems fine. That man then came back for the latest leak and made it clear the roof did not need to be replaced and I should not let anyone tell me otherwise and he could not come back to do the repairs for at least a few days. With rain coming, we wanted it sooner, so we got someone else in to do the repair right away and we got opinions on our roof from other contractors. One roofer looked at our original contract with Atlas and said they did not do the ice and water shield everywhere needed for a low pitch roof. I gave Atlas the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe when I had the roof done, the views/recommendations on that were different. A few weeks later leaks showed up in new places on this roof despite the fact the friend of Atlas said did not need to be replaced and just that one area needed to be repaired (and we repaired it). Now he did inform us there have been issues with those shingles over the year and I looked it up and that was accurate. However his assessment that we did not need a new roof was off considering a leak showed up in a different room post repair and water got in the attic. We replaced the roof and sadly this company and it's affiliates have lost my trust.
