Garage door stops unexpectedly at times. For the first visit the rep showed up nearly an hour earlier than agreed to time. He thought the springs needed to be adjusted. Shortly after he left, another malfunction occurred and the carriage connector would not consistently disengage when one pulled the rope. Called office rep who did not call back as promised. Rep simply shows up next morning without coordination. They do not carry parts for Genie. So no repair was done. Spent $129 for service call and still have the problem. Provided no receipt for work. Note: They are now known as Quality Garage Doors and apparently have had a change of ownership. I have used them for years prior without issues.
