What a MISTAKE to select Katchmark! We were promised that materials were available for a $37,000 Roof and Gutter project with work to be started in 2 to 3 weeks and finished 2 to 3 days later! ACTUALLY ,,, work did NOT begin until TWO MONTHS LATER and was NOT FINISHED UNTIL FOUR (4) MONTHS LATER! Misrepresentations as to available materials seemed to come often from the initial sales pitch! The owner seems a fair guy but unfortunately HE seems to have allowed others to MISMANAGE the business! DO NOTY USE THIS ROOFING CO! Try Pond, Shiner, Marshall .... UGH! What a BAD experience and quite the time wasting home improvement contractor!!!

I contacted Katchmark to repair the rake board and soffits on the north side of my house. The rake board had rotted away so that the soffits were no longer held in place and came off during wind storms. The aluminum facing on the rake board also came loose in large pieces, which was very dangerous. Although only one part of the soffits was in trouble, Katchmark provided a estimate for the replacement of the soffits and rake board on the entire north side as well as just the impacted portion. Since the soffits were so old, the difference in color, they said, would be very pronounced. We decided to go with the full replacement. My husband agreed after the work was done, that it was a good decision. Katchmark sent a team of 2 to perform this very complicated and back-breaking work. They arrived timely and worked a solid 2 days to complete the work. When it was done, it looked terrific. I'm so glad that I don't have to worry about wind and rain anymore.
