I have a very good experience with Clawes at this location (the only location I visited). Knowledgeable and helpful sales personnel, excellent advice on carpeting and the padding as well for different rooms of the house.

Had carpet installed in our family room, which is about 22x10 feet. The installers ran the seam across the room instead of along the side like the estimator said they would, though it's not very noticeable. The carpet was cut unevenly along the side and too short in places so it barely reaches the molding, with a few gaps showing. The carpet had glue on the underside and when I pulled up the edge of the carpet it stuck to the floor and broke the edge of the seam that runs across the room. Very disappointed with what should have been a very simple and straight forward installation, especially at the prices carpet installers charge.
