We contacted Hodges about replacing our basement door. They provided a rough quote and then scheduled an on-site visit to formalize the quote. No one ever showed up for the appointment nor did they contact us, and when I reached out to try and reschedule, no one ever contacted me again. I had rearranged my work and meeting schedule to facilitate working remotely and being available the day they were supposed to come, so that we never received any response at all - even to apologize - is disappointing.
