I thought I had found a perfect plumber for my old house, but I had to keep having him back to "re-fix" work. He stopped my tub faucet from dripping, but the fix resulted in the cold water turning itself off, so he came back (it still turns itself off, but more slowly). The work was also messy, I put towels down to protect carper. The guy sat on top of a toilet cover, cracking the button pad that connected with the seat. He later checked a leaking kitchen faucet, replaced a section of tube, leaking again by afternoon, he came back again and told me I needed a new faucet. With his expertise I think he should have told me that initially, rather than charge me ~300 for a non-fix. By this point, a property manager recommended avoid Chandlers ("expensive rework"), recommended someone else...so I did and new guy is so much better--replaced my kitchen faucet, and 2 shower heads, gave me good advice. I didn't need to call him back--they WERE all fixed, first time!

I had a drippy faucet in my bathroom sink. The first plumber sent out “fixed” it and it started dripping 3 days later. Also, I found the plumber to be really condescending. They sent a second plumber and his helper? out next and it was decided to replace the faucet and add a shut-off valve at the sink. However… they managed to rip a few rows of tiles off the bathroom wall.. with the sink still attached. I was told “Some tiles fell off”. Ummm, no, they did not just fall off. You managed to rip them down and damage quite a few of them. DO NOT USE CHANDLER’S PLUMBING for any plumbing needs. Expensive, incompetent and condescending.

They installed a new toilet for me. Even though their prices are not low, they do make a great effort to come as quickly as possible. This company has a human being that answers the phone, so their response time is fast. Highly recommend.
