Because we typically use Maid Bright irregularly (most times once a month, but less at times depending on different situations), we rarely get the same crew. This has enabled us to get different people on many occasions, so we can try out different crews. As a result, I can say that almost all of the crews have been professional and do a good job. I am pretty satisfied with them and will continue to use their service.

We’ve used Maid Bright for several years once a month for house cleaning. However, over the several months of service we’ve found the quality of work has drastically decreased. After cleaning, we regularly still see cobwebs in ceiling corners of the rooms and many places seem to have been “missed” by vacuuming or dusting. Normally a two-hour cleaning, the staff have consistently shortened the time at our house to 1:30 minutes or less while leaving less then expected results. However, this last week two cleaning technicians came to the house while a family member was home. The house cleaning was only an hour, rooms were left not vacuumed, countertops not wiped, and scratches left on our glass shower enclosure. When they were leaving they asked for payment from a family member who was visiting us and at home at the time of the service. The family member was not familiar with the cleaning services automatic billing. We thought this very strange that the staff would ask “how will you be paying today?” since the billing is always done electronically after services are completed. Luckily the family member did not pay them anything at the time of service. When we contacted Maid Bright, they responded promptly and said they’d send the same crew back the following Monday to do the job again and that the asking for payment was a “miscommunication” from the staff whose first language is not English. Unfortunately, we will not be using this service again due to the lack of trust we now have in them and concerns about unethical behavior on the part of the staff that come into your home and access to all of the rooms of the house. In addition the service has been declining the past several months. The prices however have not decreased.

We've used Maid Bright for several years, twice a month, and they are consistently good. They prefer to send the same cleaners each time but we've found that no matter who they send, they give us a squeaky-clean kitchen and bathroom, which is most important, and they've never broken anything. No one is going to clean it exactly as you would, but their results are fine. They give you a two-hour arrival window; we had been having problems getting notified when they were actually on the way but that's been better lately.
