They do a good job on the basics - kitchen, bathroom and carpets. A maid service will never be as picky as I am, so they miss a few dustballs and fingerprints but overall it's fine. They reliably show up and give you a time window in advance.

Recommended, but not enthusiastically. They are fine, but no better or worse than most other cleaning companies.

We had used Maid Bright for more than 9 years; however in the past year the quality declined. The assigned crew ignored requests to clean the utility room sink along with other parts of the house (e.g., bathroom shower, incomplete floor mopping, cobwebs, etc.). I called before a cleaning and asked that these issues be addressed during the next routine cleaning. Maid Bright assured me it would be done. Then, these issues were not fixed during the routine cleaning. For example, I cleaned the mold and soap scum from the utility room sink (an easy wipe down) and sent before and after pictures to Maid Bright. Maid Bright said it would send a team to remediate this and other issues "at your convenience." Without authorization and confirming a schedule (as promised when they said "at your convenience") Maid Bright entered my home while I was working and disrupted a meeting. The remedy was worse than the problem.

Over the years, Maid Bright has become a larger home cleaning business, but does not have a quality assurance person who inspects the work of its cleaning crews. Maid Bright relies on customer complaints to assure quality (as explained by the owner, Yusuf Mehmetoglu). This system does not seem to be working. Because Maid Bright quality of work decreased and did not address our complaints during the routine cleaning, we ended our business relationship with them. After more than 9 years, it's unfortunate that the relationship ended. In my opinion, it's no longer worth the hassle to deal with Maid Bright.
