Not Recommended
( used Capital Contracting at my house in Manassas. Their work was satisfactory. However, they made a number of mistakes and resisted correcting the mistakes. They scheduled to be at my house on many ocasions and did not show up or notify me that they weren't coming. They left tasks unfinished for weeks. Their billing is incomprehensible and they duplicate billed for many items.
