I needed a plumber to replace two bathroom faucets (master and main bathroom) and repair one leaky faucet in my downstairs bathroom. I called 4 service pros -- I had not worked with them before. Cody came out and discussed the items that I needed for each bathroom. He realized that I did not have the correct faucet for one of the bathrooms and we decided that I would just make another appointment when the correct faucet was delivered and he would complete everything at one time. Before he left, however, he looked at the leaky faucet and turned something underneath and proclaimed that the leak was fixed. I put some newspaper down under the sink and it turned out that it was not fixed, but I knew he was coming back and would take care of it at that time. Cody returned about two weeks later after I had all the materials that he needed to replace the two faucets upstairs. He also said that he had fixed the leaky faucet downstairs and charged me for all three jobs, which I promptly paid, thanked him, and he left. About an hour later I went downstairs to check the leaky sink out, and there was a water mark on the cabinet floor. I put down some newspaper to see if there really was a leak -- and, yes, the faucet was still leaking. I immediately called the office to get Cody back out to my house to fix something that I had paid for about two hours earlier. The person on the phone said that I would not be charged for the visit but he could not guarantee that I would not be charged for something else. I would just have to wait and see. I told him that I had no intention of paying more money for something that I had just paid for -- by the way, Cody told me that there was a 90 day warranty on their work. Nonetheless, I made an appointment with Cody for the next day and gave him a chance to make good on the repair. As it turns out, he arrived the next day with another service member with him. I greeted them and they both went back to the bathroom, and Cody fiddled around underneath the sink while me and the other service member went out to look for the main water turn off valve. When we located the turn off valve the guy exclaimed, "Oh my!, you have a problem here" -- you have galvanized pipes throughout your house and they cause pin holes, and this could be a disaster and I want to test your water. We can fix this but it is a BIG job, and yes, it would cost a lot but we have FINANCING! And he is going on and on with this sales pitch about tearing up my plaster walls, and it is best to do it now before disaster strikes, etc., etc,. and out walks Cody and says that I need a part that he does not have and I have to pay more, and make another appointment but he does not know when he will be available again. I start telling Cody that he can just leave and not come back and he has received all the money that he will be getting from me. All the while, the other guy goes into my bathroom, comes back out, and exclaims, "Cody! you have fixed the leak!" Cody looks surprised and says "What?" The guys says, yes, all you needed to do was turn it a quarter more and it was fixed. Then he resumes his sales pitch! Exhausting. He comes back to get a water sample, I'm sure to tell me I'm at risk. Little does he know I have a reverse osmosis system. Anyway, stay away for theses guys if you don't want to be treated like an imbecile and taken for every cent they can get from you. Reminds of another sales pitch when a company wanted to tear up my basement. I've been here 20 years and everything is fine. Leave me alone.

I used 4 Service Pros for several plumbing projects this past year, including installation of a new water heater, repair of a broken valve to the washing machine, and repair of a leak in the kitchen. The plumbers were all exceptionally competent, polite and efficient completing their work and the prices were very fair.

Quoted me a huge job during a “complimentary” inspection of my plumbing since I had a service contract for my hvac. Problems started AFTER they came out to look at my equipment, and instead of even coming to look at the problem, they basically fell off the face of the earth after that.
