Plumber had to use my power tool to complete the work because his did not work.

Their plumber Edgardo gives a quote for MyPlumber then a quote for him to come back and do the work himself. He explained "but I can't do it now because they are tracking my car and they will know how long I am here."

I contacted this service on a Saturday with a dire situation at a rental property. The main line was blocked and the two toilets at the property could not flush. With three tenants, this was a serious problem. The intake receptionist was the only capable person in this process. I was assured a plumber would be at the property sometime Saturday afternoon. By late afternoon - no call - I was concerned and checked back, I was told he was still on the last job with no end in site. Later I was told we would be the first appointment in the morning between 8:00 & 10:00 a.m. I called the office at 9:30 on Sunday and was told the assigned plumber had called in sick. No one would be available until Monday. Luckily, the blockage broke free Sunday evening and the tenants could use the bathrooms. I had another plumber (Sparkle Drain) out Monday morning and they fully cleared the line promptly and were professional in dealing with the tenants. I will never use any affiliate of My Plumber.
