Solid 5 stars! We realized we had an outside pipe burst, close to the house, in the early hours of July 4th. Later in the morning I called Dan hoping to get on their schedule after the holiday. To my surprise he showed up about 90 minutes later. It appeared the break was right at the house. He set us up for 6AM Monday morning because he already had jobs scheduled for the week. More importantly, he told us how to connect to the neighbors house via our outdoor faucets and a washing machine hose which enabled us to have water until they could return (lifesaver!). Dave and crew showed up Monday right at 6AM and got to work. They fixed the break in the line right at my in-house connection. However, turns out the mainline was Polybutylene Pipe or Big Blue. You can look it up, but it’s no longer used and notorious for getting brittle and failing. We had to replace an entire big blue pipe in Stafford years ago and I didn’t want to have to go through that again. Since I was already half way in I asked for an estimate on going ahead and replacing the entire line. Price was fair and I was scheduled for a couple days later since I was already an add on to their schedule that day and they had other jobs to get to. The guys showed up right on time and replaced the pipe with a copper line and without trenching the yard. One hole on either end and frankly, you couldn’t even tell they’d been there at all. Wish I’d taken photos throughout the process. I chose American Plumbing based on their incredible reviews on various sites to include “Checkbook” and “Home advisor” and the fact it’s pretty much all they do. Since the reviews didn’t let me down, I felt obligated to add to the list. If you need their services (of course I hope you don’t) you will NOT be disappointed.

Water line repair from street to house and replacement of line inside of house. Emergency repairs done timely and efficiently. Worked well with insurance company.
