Very easy to work with from start to finish. We obtained multiple quotes from different roofing companies and Smith Roofing price was fair and in line with most other companies. The owner is customer-oriented and knowledgeable. They replaced our entire roof in 2 days and cleaned up exceptionally well. We never found any nails or debris after they were done. We also appreciated that he took the time to send us pictures during the job on our roof. We are very happy we found them on Checkbook!

Smith Roofing was recommended by multiple neighbors. George, the owner, came out to inspect my roof and concurred that it was time for a replacement. His quote was comprehensive to address the materials and specifics of the work to be performed. His crew completed the work per the contract and left the area spotless. George checked in to confirm that the work was done to my satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and price for the work.

They did an excellent job on my roof, in fact this job was done better than when the roof was first replaced in 2007. Didn't know I had roof damage with the exception of the tarp on the back roof where two vents (dryer and powder room) are that was leaking until I changed to a different insurance company. I also had new skylights installed, because the previous skylights started leaking from the first roof replacement, so I had them taken out. (FYI...I do not recommend the company that did my roof in 2007 to anyone.) The cost was very reasonable. Mr. Smith and I were constantly in communication with each other. I highly recommend Smith Roofing.
