Other residents here at Merrill Gardens Senior Living had recommended that when we needed to have an updated exam on our hearing needs that we be sure and ask for Richard at the Kirkland Costco. We had purchased our hearing aids at the Costco Hearing Aid Center in Issaquah and had been satisfied, but after meeting with Richard we found his knowledge and listening skills superior. We have since purchased new hearings aids due to improved features and have been extremely satisfied. My husband and I drop by regularly to have our hearing aids cleaned or adjusted, all without any cost. As questions or concerns have arisen Richard is always there to help.
