I needed a small, inexpensive bottom-freezer refrigerator for my apartment. Best Buy had exactly what I needed, and the Lynnwood store had a floor model to look at. The CR was helpful in completing the transaction and setting up delivery. The delivery personnel were on time, polite, put the frig in place, and disposed of all the packing material. We had such a good experience that my son bought me a new TV as I was completing my refrigerator purchase.

Dishwasher, delivered and installed. Install knocked a pipe lose so we had a pretty decent sized gush of water soak the cabinet under the sink. Refrigerator, delivered and installed. Guys did great.

Good experience in store. Sales person spent 30-60 min with us going over the options for the three appliances we were looking for: stove/range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. They worked with us to get the maximum discount on purchases by applying for their credit card and delaying purchase of dishwasher until after we received the card and could use the discount from getting the card, to make the purchase. Saved us about $500. Scheduled deliveries a way out because they were waiting on product shipments. Delivery of the refrigerator by their subcontractor had some problems - pulled the water line loose while taking out old refrigerator and water went everywhere while they tried to shut it off. A rather big mop up effort followed, but got it done in the end. Like our new LG fridge far better than the Whirlpool we had. Have had a problem with ice build up in the bottom freezer drawer of our frost-free fridge, but they have been good coming out and addressing the problem. There were several delays getting our induction range with air fryer, but they kept us posted on their progress. We were willing to wait because it had the features we wanted. Once installed it has worked well. My wife says how much she loves it about every week. Works much better than she hoped. Dishwasher came and was installed with no problems. Very quiet and we were happy the sales person had pointed us to their quietest model, which also cleans much better that our old dish washer. We have purchased other things at Best Buy before and the service has been good every time (5-10 times).
