They installed an airconditioner for me. It was complex, they had to completely take the heater out and then install the air conditioner under it. Took all day, but no problems and now that it is warming up, the house is very comfortable.

I waited a long time from initial purchase to installation but am happy with the results. The unit that was originally priced and brought the first day was too small so another one was brought that fit. No extra cost. Service tech communicated well, gave us a clear demonstration of the system operation. I have no other price comparison but I think the pricing was good. The system was purchased thought Costco with a 10% shop card rebate included. Unfortunately for us it is now 15%
