Medical hearing evaluation from Dr. Jessica Farrah. Though evaluation in a comfortable sound room. Excellent description of the tests and interpretation. Good description of what's in store as I age. Answered all questions. This was NOT a sales job for hearing aids. Will see her again in a couple years.

It has been several years since I bought my hearing aids here. The service was excellent but I had problems with the expensive Oticon devices and the aids were replaced by the factory both times. I need new aids or have my existing ones adjusted if possible. I would get new aids at Northgate Hearing Services again.

While the audiologists' clinical care is great, variety of options is not their strength. I was led to Oticon, as well as friends of mine. It would best serve if the manufacturer options were not Oticon-biased
