People working seemed pre occupied with other stuff but I liked the chair I received.

Very helpful in helping us select what we wanted. Clerk (Nancy)also advised of special options and payment plans for items. Enjoyed being there and having excellent service. Very friendly, comfortable shopping experience

We bought a chair from them. When it was delivered, the delivery people laid down a piece of red carpeting on the stoop before bringing it in and the delivery person set the chair together and was very charming. We decided the chair wouldn't work for us, and Macy's was fabulous about letting us return it. However, the guy who was sent to pick it up didn't lay a red carpet. In fact, he tracked dog poop into our house - and we don't own a dog. That was not good, but we were just thankful that Macy's took the chair back.
