Love Lexus cars and love Lexus Service. They promoted Scott Howell to manage the customer service department, and he is very good at explaining everything. They wash and vacuum the car whenever I bring it in for servicing. Depending on the service, they may give me a loaner, often a Lexus loaner. A full detail includes steam cleaning the engine.
