My back window on my Hatchback SUV broke off in my arms from inferior metal hinges. The car was 15 years old by the time they broke so that's not so bad. Grant's came to my house...that's where I was when the hinges broke...and Grant's taped my window back on so I could drive it and then I just had to wait for the new hinges to come in. Grant's came BACK to my house a 2nd time and removed the tape and installed the new hinges! I was back on the road the first day they came to my house from their taping job and I could have driven to them for the 2nd visit but they came to me. I am really impressed with them. I got a recommendation to use them from the mechanic I have been using for years.
