This family-owned small business did exceptional work on my roof installation project. The owner, Jason Lim does his own estimates and detailed proposals making Crystal’s price not only competitive but less expensive than other companies that must compensate salespeople. The most important element is that he quickly addressed my questions and was also able to schedule and install my new roof within weeks of his first visit. I am still waiting to hear back from some of the other contractors. Crystal employed a large team so they were able to complete the new roof of 2400 square feet using Landmark Pro singles and an advanced roof ventilation system in about 8 hours. I highly recommend!

Out of 5 quotes, Crystal Exteriors came in with the lowest price and the highest quality. They were a bit fuzzy with the start date, somewhat reasonable given that this work is weather-dependent, but they were not all that great about keeping me in the loop with the start date or, in fact, the process as we went along. Workers demolished some of my landscaping; this is sad but to be expected.
