I do not recommend buying products buyer is unable to return in person. Sales reps and Management are at opposite ends of the stores Return Policy. It isn't complicated, it's just that management doesn't know what the policy is but has the final word for the store. However, the Credit Office knows and that office has to notify management, which may take several days.

Very discombobulated after purchase in terms of delivery, pickup, billing, and hookuo.

It took hours to simply write up the sale. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase. The only reason for not buying online was Lowe's couldn't handle ordering the delivery online. It took two salesmen hours to enter in the order correctly and schedule the delivery and install. I have bought cars and sold houses in less time. However, the price was very good for the product we wanted.
