Bernard helped us tackle a roach problem that was caused by a neighbor and which other pest companies failed to properly take care of. He is prompt, thorough and extremely nice person. Would recommend him to anyone.

I had a mouse problem for 2-3 months. A previous exterminator set traps and sealed the house. Caught 9 mice in the first night but then never caught another. But they were still there--I saw them a few times and saw lots of droppings. When I saw one in the bedroom, I looked on Checkbook, found Bernard, and called him the next day. He came immediately, understanding the fear and lack of sleep this can cause. He is so knowledgeable about mice and is continuing to learn more all the time (he had just come from a conference where he took a mouse course). And he is a serious investigator, determined to find the cause. He said the previous exterminator did a good job with the sealing, but they missed the critical access point around a pipe under the bathtub in the far corner of an unfinished storage point in the basement. He poisoned the crickets that were swarming there and serving as a major food source and attractant and sealed up the holes around the pipe. Set more traps with a different bait set in different areas. Caught a mouse down there within 4 hours and two more the next night. No sign of them since then (this is about 2 months later). Such a relief. I'd highly recommend him.

I had a mouse problem in my home. Based on previous reviews, I chose Pest Whisperer. I only waited a few days for him to visit my home. He did a thorough check of areas inside and outside of my house. Wow! He figured it out, filled holes, sprayed in the basement (hardly smelled a thing), placed a few traps. I saw one more mouse the next day that quickly made an escape. Not a single problem since, and it's been months. Worked outside with his son. Great job! I'm very impressed. (I did think he would follow up, but haven't heard from him.)
